Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter quickly.

Change of Mind

For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty

This product includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
